

Level 1 - This Is where you start! Learn the basic poses, strengthen, breath awareness and relax.
Must be able to get up and down off the floor relatively easily. Modifications made for those
with limitations. Focus on awareness and strengthening the core.
Level 2 - Learn the basics. Holding poses longer and moving deeper into your practice and
deeper in to the awareness of the core. Gentle back bends, inversions, arm balancing introduced.
Principals of alignment introduced.
Level 2-3 - Must Have Completed Level 1&2 To Attend. Moving deeper into your practice and
deeper in to the awareness of the core. Back bends, inversions, arm balancing. Using awareness of
core, organic and muscular energy to deepen the poses and strengthen core. Invocation.
*Level 3 - Must have 2 years consistent Anusara Yoga or Teacher Permission.
TEEN YOGA - This course allows teens to take a break from the pressures of every day life and
teaches them skills of stress management and relaxation. Each class involves learning the 5
principals and 7 loops along with the breath and ends with a deep relaxation.
Gentle Yoga - This class is for those who may have has serious injuries or accidents. We will
begin the class with standing and balancing poses using the wall to build strength and then move
to the floor for breathing and gentle stretching, end with restorative and final relaxation.
Mommy/Child - Mommy and Me focuses on strengthening the spiritual, emotional and
physical bond between parent and child. Mom’s and Dad’s with babies that want to practice yoga
in a relaxed environment. You will learn yoga yourself and practice baby yoga with your little
one. Ages 3 mo. to just before walking.
Prenatal - Practicing Yoga in pregnancy helps to strengthen and stretch muscles, release tension
and maintain good posture. Prenatal yoga also teaches you to relax and keep a positive outlook
while clearing the mind of the stresses associated with pregnancy and motherhood.
Kids classes now forming - Kid’s yoga paves the way for a balanced future down the road.
Builds strong, healthy bodies by practicing movements and postures. Teaches breathing and
relaxation techniques to help focus, concentrate, and unwind. Instills a sense of awareness and
respect for the self, others, and the natural world. Expresses creativity and imagination. Develops
self-esteem by achieving success and having fun.
